The owner of the hotel was extremely kind and helpful, and the reception girl spoke perfect English and gave us a tour of all the amenities upon our arrival. We were pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful outdoor kids playground and a well-equipped kids room inside the hotel. there was a playroom for adults with pool and other board games, providing entertainment for everyone. The availability of coffee, tea, and delicious apple pie in the dining area throughout the day was a delightful bonus. Finally, the free car park in front of the hotel made it convenient for us to come and go as we pleased.

Although we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, there were a few aspects that were not up to our expectations. the room we stayed in was quite small and felt a bit cramped, which made it difficult to move around comfortably.

If you want to explore the beautiful mountains of Zakopane or ski in the Zakopane region, this is the perfect place to stay! the reception staff speaks English very well and is always ready to help. They have a wonderful kids playground outside, and an enjoyable playroom with pool and board games for adults inside. One thing I loved was the unlimited coffee, tea, and delicious apple pie available all day in the dining area. there is free parking right in front of the hotel, which is such a great advantage!

the only downside was that the room was a bit smaller than we expected, but still cozy and comfortable for a weekend getaway.
